Privacy Policy

Operator and scope

Phoenixa is operated by Mustafa Alam, an individual based in California, United States. This policy explains how Phoenixa collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use the Phoenixa website, app, Coach, Group, reminders, subscriptions, support, and related services.

Who Phoenixa is for

Phoenixa is offered only to users age 18 or older who use a verified account and accept the Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from or permit use by anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has used Phoenixa, we will restrict access and take reasonable steps to delete associated Phoenixa data. A parent or guardian who believes a minor provided information may contact us at support@phoenixa.coach.

Information we process

• Verified account information supplied through Supabase authentication, including your email and, when available, display name. Supabase handles your password; Phoenixa does not receive readable passwords.
• Goals, schedules, completion progress, profile choices, preferences, and hidden-day choices saved to your Phoenixa account so they remain available across devices.
• If you enable push reminders, the Daily Mission, Vision, reminder time, language, and a device-specific push subscription.
• Messages and relevant goal context you choose to send to Phoenixa Coach.
• Phoenixa Group messages, photos, likes, blocks, safety reports, recent presence, and last-read time.
• Your plan status, subscription and customer identifiers, selected billing cycle, renewal or end date, billing consent record, and billing-portal link. Lemon Squeezy processes payment details; Phoenixa does not store full card numbers.
• Essential session cookies, security information, and device storage used for sign-in, language, installation, and device-local preferences.
• Limited product event records such as sign-in activity, goals created, missions completed, Coach use, notification tests, and feedback submission.
• Feedback, bug reports, privacy requests, or support information you voluntarily provide, including an optional screenshot.

Why we use information

We use information to authenticate access, provide goals and Focus Mode, operate Phoenixa Group, generate AI coaching, provide and verify plan access, send requested reminders, respond to support requests, detect unsafe or abusive requests, protect the service, comply with law, troubleshoot problems, and improve Phoenixa from user feedback. We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use Phoenixa Coach conversations for targeted advertising.

Sources and service providers

Most information comes directly from you, your use of Phoenixa, your browser or device, and transaction or delivery updates from the providers below. Supabase provides authentication. ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure host the app, authenticated database, media, and operational logs. Phoenixa Coach messages and relevant goal context are sent from our backend to OpenAI for safety moderation and response generation; requests use store: false. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for Premium checkout, subscription management, tax, invoices, and refunds. These providers process only the information needed for their roles under their own terms and privacy commitments. Services you independently open through a Phoenixa shortcut operate under their own policies. Phoenixa does not receive passwords for external apps or devices.

Group privacy

Messages, photos, and likes in Phoenixa Group are visible to all group members. Members may save or reshare what they can see, so do not post information you want to keep strictly private. Phoenixa also uses recent activity to show an online count and your last-read time to calculate an unread badge. You can delete your own posts, report content, or block another member.

Push reminders

Push reminders are optional and require browser or device permission. A reminder may appear on your lock screen and can include your Daily Mission, Vision, start time, and a motivational message related to that Vision.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Goals, progress, profile choices, preferences, consent, Phoenixa Group activity, reminders, limited product analytics, and submitted feedback are stored in authenticated Phoenixa account storage. Temporary Coach conversation state remains only in the current app session. Active account data is retained while you use Phoenixa so your goals and progress remain available. Sent push-reminder delivery records are removed after 14 days. Subscription and checkout-consent records may be retained for the subscription term and at least the period required by tax, accounting, dispute, and automatic-renewal laws.

You can delete your own shared posts. In Settings, “Permanently Delete All Phoenixa Data” removes active Phoenixa account data, profile media, Group content tied to your account, reminders, and device data, except limited records that must be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. Those exceptions are restricted and deleted when no longer required. Your verified sign-in account is managed separately by Supabase; request deletion of the authentication account through Support.

Your choices and California privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and receive a portable copy. You may also ask for information about how it is collected, used, and disclosed. Phoenixa does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or sharing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We may need to verify your identity and account before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where California law permits, subject to verification of the request and the agent’s authority.

• Do not send a Coach message or post in Phoenixa Group if you do not want that information processed.
• Disconnect app shortcuts and revoke browser permissions at any time.
• Delete Phoenixa data through Settings and sign out securely.
• Email support@phoenixa.coach or use the Support page to exercise a privacy right or appeal a response.

Cookies, browser storage, and tracking signals

Phoenixa uses essential cookies and similar storage for secure sessions, fraud prevention, language, installation, and device preferences. Phoenixa does not use advertising cookies or allow third parties to track your activity over time across unrelated websites through Phoenixa for behavioral advertising. Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals, but there is no universally accepted standard for responding to them; Phoenixa does not currently change these practices in response to that signal. If Phoenixa later uses optional analytics or advertising technology, this policy and the relevant consent controls will be updated before use. External websites or apps you choose to open from a Phoenixa shortcut operate independently under their own privacy and tracking controls.

Security

We use authenticated access, encrypted HTTPS transport, backend-only API credentials, input limits, rate limiting, and automated moderation. No internet service is perfectly secure. Please report suspected unauthorized access promptly and do not share your account.

Safety and lawful disclosure

Messages are automatically screened for high-risk content. We may restrict use to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or respond to valid legal process. Automated systems can make mistakes. Read the AI Safety Center for the current crisis-response protocol.

Changes

We may update this policy as Phoenixa changes. The effective date and version will be updated, and material changes may require renewed consent.
