What to include
- The page or feature involved.
- What you expected and what happened.
- Your device and browser type.
- A screenshot only if it does not expose private information.
- For a safety report, the relevant coach response and why it was concerning.
Privacy or deletion request
Use Settings → Account & Privacy → Permanently Delete My Account. After answering three short questions and typing DELETE, Phoenixa removes your sign-in account, server data, profile media, invitation records tied to your email, and current-device app data. Account deletion cannot be undone.
